No purchase or payment necessary to enter. One entry per person per household please. The Sweepstakes ends and all entries must be received by 11:59 PM on April 27, 2009. Winner will be chosen on April 28, 2009. Winners will be selected by a random drawing by a representative of Sponsor from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and winners’ names will be posted on our Contest & Sweepstakes Winners page http://www.karenneuburger.com/contests_pajama_mama.html. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and submitted in accordance with the official rules. Awarding of the prizes is subject to the complete Official Rules and validation by Sponsor, whose rulings are final. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are at least eighteen years of age, except employees and immediate family members of Sweepstakes Entities, or the affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies of Sweepstakes Entities. Grand Prize The Grand Prize Pajama Mama winner will enjoy a KN Getaways SM trip for two to the Canyon Ranch Resort & Spa; AND have their child’s artwork featured on the www.karenneuburger.com homepage, and in the KN Pajama Mama Art Gallery, the week preceding Mother’s Day. Grand Prize includes: Exclusive 3-day, 2-night trip for two to attend KN Getaways at Canyon Ranch Resort in Lenox, MA (October 1-3, 2009); Round-trip airfare for two from the major domestic airport closest to the winner’s home to the Albany International Airport or the Hartford/Springfield (Bradley International) Airport. Round-trip ground transportation from the Albany International Airport or the Hartford/Springfield (Bradley International) Airport to and from Canyon Ranch, Lenox, MA. Approximate value: $4,360.00 Winner and guest will be required to depart and return to the same airport, travel together on the same itinerary, and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Approximate Value: $80 Winners are responsible for all expenses not identified in these Official Rules that are incurred as a result of claiming a prize, including without limitation all federal, state, or local or other taxes or fees, airport transportation, and any other expenses of whatever sort. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of prize permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to (1) abide by these Official Rules, and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects; and (2) release, discharge and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies from all liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize or any travel related thereto.
